Cases We Handle

Car accident where airbags deployed attorney

Car Crash

The most common of all motor vehicle collisions. Sometimes folks mistakenly call it a “car accident”, but there is usually some negligence at play. We will make sure to push hard for compensation for your vehicle and all injuries associated with the crash.

We know how to handle larger cases where an 18-wheeler has caused a wreck.

Big Rig Crash

Professional drivers keep our economy rolling. But, when a big rig hits you, it can cause catastrophic damage to your person and your bank account. Our team is ready to deal with the complex system of trucking companies, independent owner-operators, and commercial insurance.

We fight for people's injuries after an auto accident.

Motorcycle Crash

Riding your bike on the open Arkansas road can be wonderful. Someone hitting you can change your life. We’ll make sure to help you navigate the unique challenges of fighting for your rights after a motorcycle crash.

From the sale of a car to its demise, we're here to help.

Business of Cars

The “Car Guy” also enjoys getting to know the car community by helping individuals and businesses with car transactions of all types. Are you purchasing a unique car? Are you a small dealership wanting to perfect your customer contracts? Are you a towing company needing counsel on non-consensual towing?

Where do we practice?

Our primary office is on the square in downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas. Naturally, we’d like to take clients from the immediately surrounding areas, including Goshen, Elkins, Greenland, Prairie Grove, Farmington, Lincoln, West Fork, Winslow, and Huntsville.

Sometimes, it makes sense for someone far away to hire us. A good fit is a good fit. Our cars don’t get great gas mileage, but we do travel throughout Arkansas for some cases. We don’t half mind, because the state is beautiful, and the “Car Guy” likes to drive. There will be days when we find ourselves in Mena, Texarkana, Monticello, Paragould, or Harrison.
